Shakira, who has been nominated for three Latin Grammys including “Album of the Year,” is also being honored for her artistic and philanthropic contributions as the “2011 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year.” The event takes place Nov. 9th at the Vegas Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
